If you are unhappy with the item you have received for whatever reason, please notify and return the item to us within 10 days, we will do our best to make you happy, and will work with you to provide a seamless return process and purchase credit.

We refuse the right to returns not authorized by prior contact.

Items not in the same condition, or modified from original are not eligible to returns. Purchase credit for future sale transactions with MinCollect in the amount of the original purchase, unless agreed upon between customer and MinCollect otherwise prior to sale, is the only form of credit refunded for returned items.
