We ship items as quickly as possible after receiving your payment.
We use high quality packaging materials and make sure the item gets to you safely.
Although many packages arrive in 3 business days, some take up to 10 working days to get to you.
If your package is delayed, please contact us for a resolution.
If your package is damaged in transit, please take pictures and email it or direct message it to us, so we can work on a resolution for you.
If you are unhappy with the item you have received for whatever reason, please notify and return the item to us within 10 days, we will do our best to make you happy, and will work with you to provide a seamless return process and purchase credit.

Step 3. Wait for an invoice in your email. (We reference your Instagram username and typically send invoices within 24 hours)
Please pay within 48 hours of invoice receipt to retain purchasing privileges for future sales.
Step 4. For future purchases and existing accounts, your invoices will be automatically sent to your email within 24 hours of the live sale.
